Building an unbeatable product story.

For years, one simple but critical thing stopped Optus growing - confusion over what makes the company unique.

We identified two tasks: Convince more Australians that they can rely on the Optus mobile network and, two, show them that Optus offers the best value for money.

Slowly but surely we created an innovative new growth engine for the entire business.

Funnily enough, telecommunications isn’t something people think about often.

Through a unified approach to product development and marketing, we helped give Optus a presence and vitality it hadn’t enjoyed for years.

Becoming, for the first time, the top choice for Australians under 40, and a more believable provider of disruptive technology and entertainment services.
